Called the Econo -Tent, it’s modular design permits this softwall cleanroom to be 100% portable, It can be used in conjunction with ceiling grids and existing walls or as a stand-alone. Our selection comes in a variety of options with additions to outfit your space and is entirely customizable.
Did you know that the Econo-Tent eliminates the contamination from being introduced into the room. It also addresses your need to remove particles from the air. One of the massive benefits of the Econo-Tent is the capability to reduced or enlarged depending on future or current requirements.
Our line of portable Softwall cleanrooms come completely prefabricated for minimal on-site erection time, can be easily enlarged or reduce in size if your needs change, and are entirely self-contained.
Our Econo-Tent frames are comprised of 2’x4’, 11GA, tubular steel components, with seams and joints fully welded and ground smooth. The frames are finished with a non-shedding, white, baked enamel (powder coat). The Econo-Tent support legs can be fitted with welded plates, adjustable leg levelers, or swivel/locking casters.
Standard vinyl wall panels are custom made to size utilizing 20mil clear, flexible vinyl and are attached to the frame with 3M Dual-Lock fasteners. In conjunction with our wall panels, we use a 40mil clear vinyl strip door (strip curtain) for easy access in or out. Additional panel materials such as anti-bacterial, static dissipative (ESD), low out-gassing UV Tinted and Opaque are also available.
Our standard self-support ceiling grid is specifically designed applications to ensure a seal between the HEPA filters, lights, and ceiling tiles. The base ceiling grid material is an extruded aluminum, finished with a white powder coat, and appears pre-gasketed. Installation of the ceiling grid factors is simplified via clip assembly, requiring no certain tools, and is arranged in a grid-style pattern, which allows for a wide choice of module sizes. Special grid finishes, sizes, and gaskets are also available.
Softwall cleanroom ceiling tiles are constructed out of Vinyl wrapped ½” sheet rock panels, with a non-shedding white vinyl. Approved for use, ceiling tiles are easily cleaned and are available in variety of different finishes to meet all of your needs.
